Shane Leaning

Executive Director & Co-founder

Shane co-founded Work Collaborative and leads it as Executive Director. He is co-author of Change Starts Here, host of the Education Leaders podcast, and founder of Education Leaders, working with school leadership teams around the world on leading change from within.

Efraim Lerner

Chair of the Advisory Board & Co-founder

Efraim co-founded Work Collaborative and chairs its Advisory Board. He is co-author of Change Starts Here, and helped shape the belief at the heart of our work: that schools already hold most of what they need to lead their own change.

Dr Kathryn Taylor

Associate

Author of Beyond the Quick Fix, an independently researched paper commissioned by Work Collaborative and published in The Bridge at Wellington College.

Tamara Zaple Rolfs

Associate

Lead author of School-based community leadership, a Work Collaborative vision paper written with a working group of practitioners, researchers and system leaders.

Claire Peet

Led the Work Collaborative working group behind Making Better Decisions About External Expertise, open-source guidance for schools.
